There are more types of stickers without numbers (you call them " A à H ")

For exsample there are also : "Mestolone", "Testuggine terrestre", "Cavaliere d Italia"

Pour les 16 "permarelli e un animale da costruire" y a-t-il des références ? car sans il faudra un visuel des 16 images pour pouvoir faire un référencement

Sorry i did not understand your question until now.. You were asking about the award sticker ? It did not have any number , i could scan it next time...
I think that it was planed to collect such stickers and swap them for a booklet wich can be seen on the last cover page of album (dos album)
